Refund policy

FaithShop.com makes returns easy! You may return a product for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt for any reason. You are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will gladly ship your exchange at no extra shipping cost as part of our Always Free Shipping.

Items that have been engraved, special/bulk orders over $1000, or items that display signs of excessive wear or use cannot be returned unless due to a mistake on our part.

To exchange a product, order the new product on FaithShop.com and return the old product to us. As soon as we receive it, we will issue a refund for the original order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
